I am an accredited CBT+ practitioner since 2008.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
I am committed to continuing my professional development.
Since completing my training I have attended numerous additional courses on subjects ranging from body psychotherapy to building better relationships. My latest substantial course is in the supervision of other psychotherapists and counsellors, a two year training.
I helped lead a year-long course focused on developing life goals and taking leadership.
I continue to read extensively about psychotherapy and counselling.
I have developed a particular interest in how the relationship between the therapist and the client can shed light on relationship problems the client experiences elsewhere.
I am very interested in nonduality and the light that the non-dual schools of spirituality such as Advaita Vedanta shed on psychotherapy.
Maintaining quality
I make sure that my work is regularly supervised by other experienced psychotherapists.
